What is Zapac?
Zapac is a WhatsApp-first platform for trackable links, dynamic QR codes and click analytics. Instead of treating link shortening as the product, Zapac is built around the WhatsApp + QR campaign workflow that local businesses — and the agencies serving them — actually run every day.
Who is Zapac for?
Two groups. Digital-marketing agencies and freelancers who run campaigns for local clients — and the local businesses themselves: restaurants, real-estate agents, clinics, retail, D2C brands, coaches and educators. If you put a link or a QR code in front of customers and want to know what happened next, Zapac is for you.
When does it launch?
Soon. We're finishing the last pieces — including the payment and compliance setup — before opening Zapac to the public. We haven't committed to a public launch date yet; this page is the best place to learn what's coming.
How much will it cost?
Zapac will offer a genuinely usable free tier plus paid plans for teams and agencies, priced for India (₹) and globally ($). Exact pricing is published at launch.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account to use Zapac?
No. Zapac's tracked WhatsApp links work with any WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number — you share a link, and the customer lands in a chat with your message pre-filled. Deeper routing and WhatsApp Business API features arrive in later releases.
How is Zapac different from Bitly, Linktree or Rebrandly?
Those are excellent general link tools. Zapac is built specifically around WhatsApp and QR campaigns — pre-filled WhatsApp links, multi-agent routing, dynamic QR codes you can re-point without reprinting, and analytics designed for the agency-and-client relationship. Link shortening is table stakes underneath; the WhatsApp + QR workflow is the point.
If I print a QR code, can I still change where it points?
Yes — that's the whole idea of a dynamic QR code. The printed code stays the same; you change the destination from your dashboard whenever you need to. No reprinting, no dead codes, and you get scan analytics on every one.
Is my data safe? Do you sell it?
We do not sell personal data. Zapac is built privacy-first, with tenant isolation, a published list of the services we rely on, and clear data-retention limits. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
How do you keep links and QR codes from being abused?
Anti-abuse is a first-class part of Zapac. Short links and bio pages are served on separate link domains — never on zap.ac — so a flagged link can never harm the brand or other customers. We run URL-pattern and reputation checks (without ever opening your destination links), gate low-trust links, and take down confirmed-malicious links quickly. Our Acceptable Use Policy spells out the rules.
